Latency
Pages that lose the visitor before they load
Your site was signed off on a fibre line in an office. Your customer is on a phone in a queue. We measure Core Web Vitals on the networks your buyers actually use.
Most agencies answer every problem with more traffic. We go and find the three places the traffic you already pay for falls out of the funnel, then engineer the fix. Usually it is the eight second homepage, the enquiry that sat unread until Monday, and the form demanding a VAT number before it will take an email address.
Or drag the console.
The model runs live.
Model, not a measurement. 2.4% baseline conversion, 4% of conversions lost per second above 1.8s. We measure yours from field data.
01 / diagnosis
All four are measurable. Measuring them is the part that tends to get skipped.
Latency
Your site was signed off on a fibre line in an office. Your customer is on a phone in a queue. We measure Core Web Vitals on the networks your buyers actually use.
Response
An enquiry at 19:00 on Friday answered at 09:00 on Monday is not an enquiry, it is a missed call with extra steps.
Capture
Nobody has ever filled in a nine field form to ask a question. Fewer fields, inline validation, everything landing in one system.
Manual work
Somebody is exporting a spreadsheet every Monday morning and has done it so long they no longer find it strange. Quoting, chasing, reporting and handover all move into automations that log what they did.
02 / the stack
Three agencies pointing at each other is how problems survive. This is one team from the ad click to the invoice.
Quoting, follow-up, routing and reporting, done without a person.
Agents and integrations that live inside your stack, not beside it.
Forms, routing and a pipeline your team will actually open.
Sites and web apps built to be measured, not just admired.
Research, flows, prototypes and testing before anything expensive gets built.
Identity, collateral and templates, so your quote stops looking like a ransom note.
Google and Meta, reported on revenue rather than on reach.
Listings, maps and location pages, so you turn up where people search.
Events, attribution and reporting that agrees with your bank statement.

Open04 / reporting
We report out of your systems, not out of a dashboard we control. If a number cannot be traced back to where it came from, it does not go in the report.
| What we report | Where it comes from | Cadence |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiries and qualified leads | Your CRM records | |
| Cost per enquiry | Ad platforms joined to CRM | |
| First response time | CRM timestamps | |
| Page speed: LCP, INP, CLS | Field data from real visitors | |
| Automation runs and failures | Platform run logs | |
| Revenue attributed | Your pipeline, closed-won only |
Impressions and reach are not results. They do not appear in the report.
We report against the numbers we opened with, including the months that read badly.
Ask for the underlying data any time and it is yours, unformatted.
04.5 / receipts
Reach is not a result. Engagement is not a result. The only number that matters is what comes back for every rand that goes out.

Blended ROAS
Blended return on ad spend across every account we run, all time, straight out of Google Ads.
That 17.9x is blended. Individual accounts run from 18.3x down to 0.63x, and yes, that last one currently returns 63 cents for every rand it spends. It is a hard category with thin margins and we have not cracked it yet. We are showing you that because any agency can screenshot its best month, and a single number with no range attached is a number hiding something. Your own return depends on your margins and your market, which is why we ask about both before quoting rather than after.
National quick service restaurant group
Cost per acquisition was running at over five times the price of an average meal, which is a difficult thing to explain to a finance director on a Monday. We rebuilt the video campaigns to run across short vertical video and connected TV at once, split the creative into three angles, and wired video views to actual store visits so that for the first time someone could prove an ad on a phone put a person in a queue. Google liked it enough to publish the whole thing. We are not allowed to tell you who it was, which is genuinely annoying for us.

05 / straight answers
No. Work runs month to month and you can stop at the end of any month. We would rather lose the work than hold onto it with paperwork.
You do, from day one. Repositories, ad accounts, analytics and automation platforms are all set up in your name. If we part ways you keep everything, with no export fee and no hostage situation.
We measure your site with real field data and walk your enquiry path from the form to whoever is supposed to answer it. Then we show you what we found and what we would fix first. If nothing meaningful is broken, we tell you that, which is a short and slightly awkward meeting we are happy to have.
Usually not. Most leaks are fixed inside the stack you already run. A rebuild is a last resort, not an opening pitch, and an agency that opens with one is selling a rebuild rather than solving your problem.
Against the numbers we opened with: enquiries, response times, page speed and revenue, pulled out of your systems rather than a dashboard we control.
