Outcome 02

Turn more visitors into enquiries

Fixing the page the advertising sends people to.

The problem

The traffic arrives and leaves. A slow page, a nine field form, an offer nobody understood, or a layout that works on a laptop and falls apart on a phone. You have already paid for every one of those visitors.

What we do about it

We measure the pages on the networks your customers really use, rebuild the ones costing you the most, and fix the structural things nobody looks at: page speed, mobile layout, form length, and the schema that tells Google what your pages actually are.

What changes

A higher share of the traffic you are already buying becomes an enquiry, which lowers your cost per lead without touching the media budget.

How we measure it

Core Web Vitals from real visitors, landing page conversion rate, form completion rate, and cost per enquiry before and after.

What this covers

Web development

Built to be the fastest site in your category.

The average South African business site is WordPress carrying nine years of plugins, four of which do the same thing and one of which nobody can explain. It takes eight seconds on a phone in Fourways. We build on Astro and Next, ship to a global edge network, and hold the result to a performance budget enforced in the pipeline. Speed here is an engineering standard, not a launch-day screenshot.

What you get

  • Built on Astro or Next, hosted on a global CDN
  • Loads in under two seconds on mid-range Android over 4G
  • You can edit the content without phoning us
  • Analytics and conversion tracking from day one
  • A performance budget in the build pipeline so it cannot silently rot

Web applications

Portals, dashboards and platforms, not brochures with a login.

When the thing you need does not exist as a SaaS product, or exists at four times the price with half the fit, we build it. Customer portals, booking platforms, quoting engines, internal dashboards, anything with real logic behind it. Same performance standard as the marketing site, because slow software is how a team quietly stops using it.

What you get

  • Accounts, roles and permissions done properly
  • Integrations with the systems you already run
  • Built on Next or Astro, deployed to a global edge network
  • Your repository, your infrastructure, in your name

Mobile and app development

If it runs on a phone or in a browser, we build it.

Native where it has to be, cross-platform where that is the better trade, and a progressive web app where an install is the only thing standing between you and a user. We will tell you which of the three your project actually needs, including when the honest answer is that you do not need an app at all.

What you get

  • iOS and Android, native or cross-platform
  • Progressive web apps where an app store adds friction and nothing else
  • Push, offline behaviour and device integrations
  • Store submission, and the review rejections that come with it

UI and UX design

Nobody has ever reached slide four of a homepage carousel.

Not one person, in the history of the internet. And yet the carousel persists, along with the cookie banner covering the phone number and the form demanding a company registration number before it will take an enquiry. Good design is mostly the removal of obstacles somebody else added on purpose.

What you get

  • Real user flows, mapped before anything gets drawn
  • Mobile first, because that is where your traffic is
  • Accessible by default, which is also better for everyone
  • Prototypes you can click before we build anything expensive

Design and brand

If your logo has a gradient, a swoosh and three fonts, we should talk.

It probably got made at eleven at night in Canva during the week you registered the company. That was the right call then. It is a less right call now that you are quoting on six figure work with a stock handshake photo on your invoice header.

What you get

  • Logo and identity, in every format you will need
  • Colour and type that survive being shrunk to a thumbnail
  • Templates for quotes, invoices, proposals and social
  • A short brand guide, not a fifty page bible nobody opens

Site speed and conversion optimisation

This page scores 100. So will yours.

Performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO, all at 100 on the page you are reading, with a budget wired into the build that fails the deploy if any of them slips. Most agencies will show you a Lighthouse screenshot of a client site on a good day. Run PageSpeed Insights against this domain instead, right now, and then run it against your own.

What you get

  • Core Web Vitals audit using real visitor data, not just lab scores
  • Image, font and JavaScript surgery
  • A performance budget that fails the build on regression
  • Before and after numbers, in rand

Schema and structured data

Telling Google what your pages actually are.

Schema is the markup that turns a page from a wall of text into something a search engine can read as a business, a product, a price, a review or an opening time. It is what puts the stars, the prices and the FAQ dropdowns in a result. Almost no small South African site has any, including most of the ones ranking above you, which makes it one of the few remaining places where an afternoon of work still shows up in the results page. We audit what you have, write what you do not, and validate every type against Google’s own testing tools so it either works or we know why.

What you get

  • Audit of existing markup, including the broken and duplicated kind
  • Organisation, LocalBusiness, Product, Service, FAQ and Article types as they apply
  • Review, rating and opening hours markup where you qualify for it
  • Validation against Google’s Rich Results test, not just a linter
  • Ongoing coverage as pages are added, rather than a one-off pass

Want to know what is actually broken?

Send us your URL and we will measure it, walk your enquiry path, and tell you what we would fix first. If nothing meaningful is wrong, we say that.
