About
We would rather lose the work than hold it with paperwork
LeadsFlow is a South African agency that instruments the whole funnel: the ads that bring people in, the site that converts them, and the automation that stops enquiries dying in an inbox. One team, because three agencies pointing at each other is how problems survive.
How we report
Every number has a source
We report out of your systems, not out of a dashboard we control. If a number cannot be traced back to where it came from, it does not go in the report.
| What we report | Where it comes from | Cadence |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiries and qualified leads | Your CRM records | |
| Cost per enquiry | Ad platforms joined to CRM | |
| First response time | CRM timestamps | |
| Page speed: LCP, INP, CLS | Field data from real visitors | |
| Automation runs and failures | Platform run logs | |
| Revenue attributed | Your pipeline, closed-won only |
No vanity metrics
Impressions and reach are not results. They do not appear in the report.
No re-baselining
We report against the numbers we opened with, including the months that read badly.
Raw exports on request
Ask for the underlying data any time and it is yours, unformatted.
The guarantee
If we cannot move your numbers, you stop paying us.
Work runs month to month, so you can leave at the end of any month without a conversation about notice periods. If we have not moved the metrics we agreed to move, you cancel and we waive our fee for the work that did not land. You cover only the operational costs that were always yours anyway: ad spend, software licences, hosting.
- No twelve month contract to sign before anyone starts
- Our fee waived when the work has not delivered
- You keep the accounts, the code and the data regardless
The specific metrics, the period they are measured over and what counts as an operational cost are written into your agreement before work starts. We would rather argue about that on day one than on day ninety.
05 / straight answers
Before you ask
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Work runs month to month and you can stop at the end of any month. More than that: if we have not moved the metrics we agreed to move, you cancel and we waive our fee, and you cover only the operational costs that were always yours, such as ad spend and licences. We would rather carry that risk than hold work in place with paperwork.
Who owns the work?
You do, from day one. Repositories, ad accounts, analytics and automation platforms are all set up in your name. If we part ways you keep everything, with no export fee and no hostage situation.
What happens in the free audit?
We measure your site with real field data and walk your enquiry path from the form to whoever is supposed to answer it. Then we show you what we found and what we would fix first. If nothing meaningful is broken, we tell you that, which is a short and slightly awkward meeting we are happy to have.
Do we have to replace our site?
Usually not. Most leaks are fixed inside the stack you already run. A rebuild is a last resort, not an opening pitch, and an agency that opens with one is selling a rebuild rather than solving your problem.
How do you report?
Against the numbers we opened with: enquiries, response times, page speed and revenue, pulled out of your systems rather than a dashboard we control.
Want to know what is actually broken?
Send us your URL and we will measure it, walk your enquiry path, and tell you what we would fix first. If nothing meaningful is wrong, we say that.
