What we collect, and what we do with it

What we collect

If you submit the free audit form, we collect the website address you enter, your email address, and the optional focus areas you tick. Nothing else. There is no hidden field beyond a spam trap that is ignored unless a bot fills it in.

If you use one of the free tools, the website address you type is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights and to Cloudflare public DNS so the checks can run. We do not store it, and none of the tools ask for your email.

What we do with it

An audit submission is emailed to us so a person can carry out the audit and reply to you. We use it for that and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share it, and we do not pass it to advertising platforms.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you were not shown a banner asking you to.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Audit emails are delivered by Resend. Speed measurements are performed by Google. Each of these processes data on our behalf and under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Audit enquiries live in our email for as long as the conversation is useful and are deleted on request. Ask and it is done, and we will confirm when it is.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also object to us processing it. Email us and we will action it rather than route you through a form.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Client data

When we work with you, ad accounts, analytics, repositories and automation platforms are set up in your name, not ours. That means your customer data stays under your control and you keep it if we part ways.
