Digital marketing and automation, South Africa

Big-budget marketing, for smaller businesses.

Most of the businesses we look at are running a slow WordPress site nobody has measured, AI content that went up unedited, no schema, no CRM, and enquiries answered whenever somebody happens to notice them. None of that is unusual and none of it is difficult to fix. We handle the advertising, the pages it lands on, the tracking underneath it and the follow-up after it, and we explain the numbers in language you can actually do something with.

What we do

Google Ads and paid social
Campaigns built and managed to produce enquiries, not impressions. Search terms, targeting, structure and bidding reviewed against what actually converts.
Landing pages and conversion
The pages your advertising sends people to, rebuilt so more of them enquire. Usually the cheapest improvement available, because the traffic is already paid for.
Tracking and attribution
Your ad accounts connected to your CRM, so you can see which campaigns produced sales rather than which produced clicks.
Lead routing and follow-up
New enquiries reaching the right person quickly, with automated first contact so nothing waits in an inbox over a weekend.
CRM setup and migration
A pipeline your team will actually use, with your history moved across and de-duplicated. Self-hosted, so there is no per-seat licence.
Automation and AI
Quoting, chasing, reporting and reconciliation handled by software. AI where judgement is genuinely needed, ordinary rules everywhere else.
Design, brand and print
Identity, collateral, templates and layout, done by a designer with fifteen years of it rather than generated from a theme.
How each of these works

What we usually find

The same four things, in almost every business we look at

None of these are exotic problems and none of them need a rebuild from scratch. They are just nobody’s job at the moment, so they sit there costing money quietly.

The site

A slow site that nobody has ever measured

WordPress carrying years of plugins, a homepage that takes eight seconds on a phone, and no idea that Google has been measuring it the whole time. Your competitors are in the same position, which is the opportunity. We measure it on the networks your customers actually use, then fix what is costing you enquiries.

The content

AI content with nothing underneath it

Pages generated in bulk and published unedited, with no schema, no structure and nothing telling a search engine what any of it is. AI is genuinely useful here. It is not useful like that.

The follow-up

Enquiries answered whenever somebody notices

No CRM, no routing, and a contact form going to an inbox someone checks on Monday. The lead was real. The response was the problem.

The numbers

Advertising nobody can connect to a sale

The ad platform reports conversions, the accounting system reports revenue, and the two have never been introduced. Until they are, every budget decision is a guess. We connect them, then report out of your systems rather than a dashboard we control.

Why any of this matters

Two numbers worth knowing before you spend anything

Most of what agencies tell you about speed and follow-up is assertion. These are not. They are large published studies, both linked, and every calculator on this site runs on the figures in them rather than on something we made up that sounded about right.

Deloitte, 2020

A tenth of a second

is worth 8.4% more conversions in retail, and 10.1% in travel.

Almost nobody quotes the second half of that finding: retail order value rose 9.2% at the same time. More baskets, each one worth more, so the revenue effect compounds to nearer 18% for every tenth of a second. A tenth. Most South African business sites are three or four full seconds off the pace, on phones, on the networks their customers actually use.

Speed is not a technical score. It is the cheapest lever in your funnel, and it is the one nobody is pulling.

Four weeks of real mobile session data across retail, travel, luxury and lead generation brands in Europe and the US, measuring what changed when site speed improved by a tenth of a second.

Harvard Business Review, 2011

One hour

is the difference between reaching a decision maker and never speaking to them.

Contact inside the hour made a firm about seven times more likely to reach a decision maker than trying an hour later, and more than sixty times more likely than waiting a day. The gap is not a gentle slope. It is a cliff at the hour mark, which is why an enquiry answered on Monday morning was usually lost on Friday night. Of the companies audited, 23% never replied at all and the average reply came after 42 hours.

Your enquiries are not going cold because the leads were bad. They are going cold because nobody answered them on the same day.

An audit of 2 241 US companies responding to a test enquiry, alongside a separate study of 1.25 million sales leads across 29 B2C and 13 B2B companies.

Both studies measure other people, not us, and neither was conducted in South Africa. We point that out because it matters: the direction is well established, the exact size of the effect on your business is what the audit is for.

How we work

If we are not getting you results, we are not going to keep you.

There is no twelve month contract and no notice period to argue about. Work runs month to month, and if we have not moved the numbers we agreed to move, you stop and we waive our fee for the work that did not land. You cover only what was always going to be yours anyway: ad spend, software licences, hosting. Lock-in is how agencies hold onto accounts they are not earning, and it is not what we do.

  • Month to month, cancel at the end of any month
  • Our fee waived where the work has not delivered
  • Your ad accounts, your code, your data, in your name throughout

Which metrics, over what period, and what counts as an operational cost are written into your agreement before anything starts. We would rather have that argument on day one than on day ninety.

Want to know what is actually broken?

Send us your URL and we will measure it, walk your enquiry path, and tell you what we would fix first. If nothing meaningful is wrong, we say that.
